Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer 1 - Nuclear to lead our team on interesting and challenging projects, including investigating, troubleshooting, and solving electrical engineering issues for nuclear power plants.

Requirements

  • Lead efforts performed by group members to ensure successful completion of electrical engineering project deliverables
  • Initiate and convey scope of work to group members
  • Define deliverables and track progress of group members
  • Coordinating completion of project deliverables
  • Develop project scope, cost estimates, and schedules for complex electrical modifications
  • Provide technical oversight and supervision for all electrical engineering activities
  • Mentor and guide the development of the group
  • Identify and follow up on client needs that may result in strategic opportunities
