The company is seeking a versatile Lead Electrical Engineer who thrives at the intersection of hardware, firmware, and next-gen intelligence.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
5–10 years of experience in electrical/embedded systems, ideally in a fast-paced or startup environment
Expert-level proficiency in EDA tools like Cadence OrCAD
Deep understanding of analog/digital circuit design, power management, and EMI/EMC compliance
Design and implementation of systems centered around MCUs, DSPs, or FPGAs
Agile Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing tasks in an Agile environment
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to act as a 'product owner' for your subsystems, making data-backed decisions under ambiguity
Versatile: Ability to shift gears between high-level architectural brainstorming and deep-dive troubleshooting of production issues
