Role OverviewResource Innovations is seeking a Lead Engineer to join our growing team in Iowa. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for providing customers the support and tools necessary to identify, quantify, and deliver cost-effective energy-efficiency projects.
What You Will Do
Deliver excellent customer service, perform energy audits, develop technical analysis/calculators, provide technical and program feedback, and support RI's utility programs.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical engineering, or similar
- 5+ years of experience within the energy efficiency or building efficiency industry
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems and principals
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent writing, interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
