Role Overview

We are hiring a Lead Engineer - Substations to oversee project engineering performance, lead conceptual designs, and ensure compliance with company and national codes and standards. The role requires technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding department engineers. The position is part of LaBella's Program Management Services Division, which provides comprehensive management services for complex projects.

What You Will Do

The Lead Engineer - Substations will perform standard and complex engineering analyses, designs, and calculations. They will lead and create new conceptual designs, oversee the work of external detailed designers, and ensure consistency among operating companies. The role also involves providing technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding department engineers.
