Job Description
The Equinox Golf Resort & Spa is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead the maintenance department and ensure the working order of all mechanical equipment. The ideal candidate has a strong background in hotel/resort maintenance, a passion for customer service, and experience in leading a maintenance program and team.
Requirements
Responds to guest’s maintenance requests and questions
Responsible for hiring and recommending promotions in Property Operations
Responsible for training, motivating and supporting subordinate staff
Counsels, coaches, disciplines, and documents performance of staff
Directs and supervises staff in Property Operations
Sets work schedules for staff
Organizes and participates in meetings
Participates in budget analysis and capital plans
Develops and monitors engineering supplies and inventories
Coordinates with outside contractors
