Job Description
The Lead Construction Engineer is responsible for oversight of various projects and working with the engineering staff for multiple business units at Pilgrim's.

Requirements

  • Maintain and communicate project budgets and schedules
  • Develop regular schedules for communication with the management team regarding project status
  • Work with contractors to develop schedules to meet business needs
  • Communicate business needs with management and develop priorities
  • Train and develop engineers
  • Be able to successfully manage projects and budgets
