Role OverviewThe Lead Engineer is responsible for performing or directing the performance of all service maintenance requests for a specific property or portfolio of properties. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
What You Will Do
The Lead Engineer will oversee the accurate and timely completion of client maintenance service requests, review monthly client service request summaries, and develop sources for stock materials. They will also evaluate vendors and suppliers, prepare and submit purchase order requests, and perform periodic checks of tool and instrument inventory.

- Sound troubleshooting skills and the capacity to fully resolve problems
- Ability to read HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and architectural blueprints
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools and perform basic electric, plumbing and carpentry tasks
- Possess Universal License
