Role OverviewWe are seeking a Fabricator Lead to oversee daily fabrication operations for quartz, granite, quartzite, and other natural stone countertop projects. This role is responsible for ensuring fabrication quality, maintaining production efficiency, training team members, and helping coordinate workflow from slab intake through installation readiness.
What You Will Do
Move stone using A-frames, carts, clamps, and proper lifting techniques, troubleshoot fabrication or installation issues, perform sink cutouts, cooktop cutouts, and faucet/fixture holes by hand, grind and polish stone surfaces and edges, and perform edge finishing and detail work.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of stone countertop fabrication experience, leadership or lead fabricator experience, and strong understanding of quartz, granite, quartzite, and natural stone fabrication.
