Job Description
Superior Fence and Rail, an industry leader in the fencing industry, is seeking a hands-on Lead Fence Installer to run day-to-day operations on job sites, install a variety of fence types, and lead a small crew to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with high quality.

Requirements

  • Lead installations of wood, vinyl, chain link, and ornamental fencing
  • Oversee and work alongside a crew of 2-4 members to install fences, assigning daily tasks and ensuring high productivity and quality
  • Interpret site plans, manage property lines, and troubleshoot field issues
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain professional communication with customers on-site
