Lead Field Trainer - Telecom Construction

We're looking for a Lead Field Trainer to join our team and help connect America. As a Lead Field Trainer, you will effectively train new and existing employees to industry and Company standards in various aspects of telecom construction, including operating equipment, safely using tools, and installing communications cabling.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include training employees on industry and Company standards, conducting work site walk-throughs, addressing issues, and maintaining records and documentation regarding employee training. You will also assist and/or provide recommendations for managers in creating employee development plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have previous utility construction field experience with a focus on crew leadership, as well as demonstrated ability to maintain a positive working environment and good verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company
• Previous utility construction field experience with a focus on crew leadership
• Previous telecommunications construction field experience is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive working environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to give constructive feedback in a respectful manner
• Must be able to present in both classroom and field settings
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels throughout the organization, skills and knowledge
• Basic computer skills are required – Google application experience preferred
• Valid Class A CDL license preferred
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card
