Job Description
The Lead Financial Analyst is responsible for authoring and maintaining complex financial models, producing outputs for senior leadership, and driving optimal management decision making. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in FP&A or consulting, and an advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
Requirements
Ad hoc projects such as financial modeling, analysis, breakeven, scenarios, optimization, ROI and IRR models
Timely preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly reporting
Develop and implement best practices around spreadsheet modeling, analysis, budgeting, and business insights
Manage source data, analyzing and validating information, and communicating trends and drivers to operations leadership and executive leadership
Understand and analyze financial results and clearly articulate themes, performance drivers, root cause of variances, and recommendations to enhance business performance
Collaborate across functional departments to drive continuous improvements in reporting, budgeting, and analysis processes
May act in a team lead capacity and supervise direct reports
