Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Lead – 2nd Shift reports to the Manufacturing Supervisor and supports the entire Manufacturing operations teams with day-to-day cross-technical support.
What You Will Do
Provide direct support across multiple functional manufacturing areas, visually observe the manufacturing floor, maintain intermediate knowledge of machines and manufacturing processes, and assist supervisors with daily stand-ups and shift transfer.

Requirements
- Completion of High School education or equivalent
- 2 years of direct machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment and/or with the advanced knowledge of operating a minimum of 2 digital machines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for maintaining health and safety requirements
- Attention to detail related to product quality and machine process quality
- Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes, and procedures
- Basic math skills and superb attention to detail and product quality
- Excellent attendance and punctuality
