Role OverviewThe Lead Purchasing Agent will manage core financial and business processes for small fixture requests, fixture storage, and fixture write-offs for Ross and dd's Discounts. They will report to the Sr. Manager of Fixture Purchasing and ensure fiscal responsibility and efficiencies through budgeting, planning, and forecasting processes.
What You Will Do
The Lead Purchasing Agent will be responsible for building training materials, training purchasing agents, creating and issuing purchase orders, and supporting Merchandising rollouts. They will also provide weekly updates to leadership and assist in the creation of the Store Operations annual budgets and 5-Year Plan.

Benefits
- Base salary range: $81,000 – $121,800
