What You Will Do
Manage projects from start to finish, plan and schedule materials, develop project layouts, schedule and coordinate people and resources, measure effectiveness, and ensure a safe working environment.

Ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, critical thinking, time management, and experience in managing a construction crew with a minimum of 5 years' experience in construction, dry wall, ceilings, and/or flooring.

- Experience in managing a construction crew
- 30-hour OSHA certification
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction- dry wall, ceilings, and/or flooring preferred
- Ability to read blue prints and specs
- Ability to lead and influence peers and clients
- Proficient math, and computer skills
