Role OverviewThe Lead Forklift Operator will oversee forklift operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and provide direction to a team of operators. This position offers the opportunity to combine your technical skills with leadership abilities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You Will Do
Provide guidance, training, and support to forklift operators to promote safety, efficiency, and accuracy in daily operations. Operate forklifts, including single and double forklifts, as needed to support warehouse activities.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- Proven experience as a forklift operator, including operation of double forklifts
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and prior experience leading a team preferred
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Ability to work 12-hour variable shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
- Capability to lift up to 55 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks, including working at heights or in confined spaces
