Role Overview

Lead development of secure APIs, dashboards, reports, award views, signals, and AI-assisted workflows for a Federal data analytics and AI modernization initiative. The team will deliver a secure, scalable platform that integrates structured and unstructured data, provides data visualization and traceable AI-assisted analytics, and gives examiners centralized tools for search, review, monitoring, and decision support.

What You Will Do

Provide technical leadership and hands-on development for a full-stack engineering team delivering secure Federal applications. Design, develop, and maintain backend services, REST APIs, data-access layers, and enterprise applications using Java and/or .NET. Build responsive, reusable front-end components, dashboards, reports, award views, signals, and AI-assisted workflows.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java and/or .NET/C# in enterprise application development
  • Experience designing and building secure web applications, REST APIs, backend services, data-access layers, and reusable front-end components
  • Experience integrating AI capabilities into software applications
  • Experience with modern software development practices, including Git, automated testing, CI/CD, code reviews, and Agile development
  • Knowledge of application security concepts including authentication, RBAC, audit logging, secure coding, accessibility, and application performance
  • Experience working with relational databases and developing applications that consume and transform structured and unstructured data
  • Ability to provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with architecture, coding, troubleshooting, and delivery
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret eligibility
