Job Description
We are looking for an experienced glass blower with at least 3 years of experience in a hot shop setting to lead our team and develop new products. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who welcomes new ideas and works well with others.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in a hot shop setting
  • General knowledge of terms and glass blowing equipment
  • Ability to lead a team and develop new products
  • Ability to train other gaffers and share information, knowledge, skill, and process improvement
