Role OverviewAs a Retail Sales Associate, you will engage with homeowners while they shop and introduce them to ARS heating, cooling, and home comfort solutions. This is a high-energy sales role focused on customer engagement, lead generation, and appointment setting.
What You Will Do
Start friendly, face-to-face conversations with shoppers about home comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality, generate leads and schedule free in-home consultations, and represent ARS with a professional and positive in-store presence.
