Job Description
Maintain various properties for PruittHealth in Northeast Georgia and nearby South Carolina. Perform maintenance, grounds/lawncare services, and occasional building maintenance to enhance properties and provide a safe environment. Service equipment and vehicles, and coordinate with a maintenance team.

Requirements

  • Perform routine maintenance of air conditioners/heaters
  • Assist with major cleaning projects as needed
  • Perform generator testing and routine maintenance as scheduled/needed
  • Perform unscheduled maintenance tasks as requested
  • Maintain grounds of Pruitt Properties
  • Remove furniture and other items as needed
  • Install and check batteries for smoke alarms
  • Maintain and replace electrical outlets, light bulbs, and wiring
  • Complete general maintenance and plumbing repair
  • Build structures for patient use
