You will own the creation of the testing strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while developing and mentoring a team of Test Engineers and Technicians.
What You Will Do
Lead day-to-day hardware and software activities for the Alpha Test Engineering Team; provide technical leadership and development for Test Engineers and Test Technicians. Coordinate testing priorities, resource planning, and work assignments across projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology or related field.
- 5+ years leading a technical team.
- 5+ years of experience in mechanical, hardware, software, or systems testing.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems, hardware interfaces, sensors, and software architecture.
- Proven experience creating and executing test plans.
- Proficiency with test instruments such as multimeters, DAQ systems, signal generators, etc.
- Experience with defect tracking tools and test documentation practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
