Job Description
Lead Hospice Aide/CNA assists terminally ill patients with personal care needs and coordinates scheduling and coverage for hospice aide visits. Requires 1-year experience as a home health aide or nursing assistant, current Nursing Assistant Certification, and valid MN Driver's License.
Requirements
Listed on MN nursing assistant registry with current Nursing Assistant Certification.
1-year experience as a home health aide or nursing assistant.
Current valid MN Driver's License and daily access to reliable, insured vehicle.
Ability to use and/or learn electronic charting on tablet and/or mobile phone.
Demonstrates a desire to work with the terminally ill.
Ability to demonstrative positive and respectful communication/interaction skills.
