Role OverviewPrimarily responsible for the installation of a variety of residential and light commercial equipment, including air conditioning, ductless mini-splits, heat pumps, furnaces, fan coils, rooftop units, economizers, evaporative coolers, and humidifiers. The role involves working with clients, communicating effectively, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
What You Will Do
Install equipment, manage time, check in with clients, obtain signatures, sell additional system components, and respond to office communications. You will also be able to teach and learn from coworkers, work with apprentices, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements
- EPA Certification
- Pass a drug test & background check
- Must understand English in a competent manner
- A valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Ability to perform multiple technical tasks
- Local building codes and safety regulations
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in various conditions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
