Role OverviewThe Lead Industrial Engineer will oversee the Industrial Engineering team, providing data to Operations Leaders for sound decision-making, driving improvements in quality and efficiency, and supporting long-term growth of the business. This role will engage with cross-functional departments and upper management.
What You Will Do
Primary responsibilities include oversight of direct reports, engagement with executive leadership, support of production rate readiness, and management of CAPEX. The Lead Industrial Engineer will also create and deploy integrated business planning strategies, support continuous improvement projects, and own functional ownership of a 600,000+ SQFT production facility layout.
