Role OverviewAs a Lead Infant Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress. You will help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth, ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.

Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include helping to lead innovative learning activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, monitoring children's progress, and creating a harmonious environment.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for individuals who love working with children, have a high school diploma or GED, and 12 Child Development Units required by the State of California. A degree in ECE or Child Development is strongly preferred, and experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center is a plus.
