Role Overview

As a Lead Infant Teacher, you will develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and assess and document your student's progress. You will work in a supportive environment with resources to create a positive learning environment for students. You will help lead innovative learning activities and ensure the safety and well-being of children.

You will help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth, ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, monitor children’s progress and development, and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field (strongly preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Patience, collaboration, creativity, and passion about Early Childhood education
