Job Description
As a Lead Instrumentation & Controls Engineer 1 - Nuclear, you will lead technical decision making in a project team environment, working on major process controls engineering projects for nuclear power plants. You will develop and market high-level programs for nuclear power projects, investigate and troubleshoot instrumentation & controls engineering issues, and perform digital systems design development. You will also prepare documentation, interface with vendors, and support station outage activities.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from an ABET Engineering Accreditation Commission-approved program
  • 10 or more years of experience in instrumentation and controls engineering systems design in a project team environment
  • Experience with controls system design, power plant instrumentation and controls systems design, and available equipment and proven pre-engineered systems
