Role OverviewThis position offers the opportunity to work on upgrading and modernizing nuclear power plants with the latest control technologies. You will lead and support small and large controls projects with a focus on technical execution and effective Project Management. The work includes investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving controls engineering issues, developing digital systems design, and preparing control system functional and implementation requirements.
What You Will Do
Develop digital systems design, prepare control system functional and implementation requirements, interface with clients, prepare and review technical reports, manage resources, support proposal development, and evaluate vendor bids.

Requirements
- BS degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program
- 12 or more years of experience in the design engineering of instrumentation and controls systems
- Professional Engineering license is preferred
- Ability to clearly communicate in speech and written formats
- Technically knowledgeable of available equipment and proven pre-engineered systems
- Experience in reviewing design documentation
- Experience in serving as the firm's client liaison in a support or lead engineering role
