Job Description
The EEO Compliance Program Manager is responsible for coordinating the development and administration of various programs that are implemented by the Office for Access & Title IX (OATIX) at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO compliance and investigations in a government, corporate, or higher education setting.
  • Subject-matter expertise with Title VII, ADA, federal contractor compliance regulations, and related federal and state laws.
