Job Description
UT Southwestern Medical Center is seeking a Lead Investigator, EEO Compliance to coordinate the development and administration of various programs that implement EEO compliance, conduct investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment, and ensure institutional compliance with EEO-related state and federal contractor obligations.

Requirements

  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO compliance and investigations in a government, corporate, or higher education setting
  • Subject-matter expertise with Title VII, ADA, federal contractor compliance regulations, and related federal and state laws
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination and harassment prevention
