Job Description
The Lead Investigator, EEO Compliance position is responsible for coordinating the development and administration of various programs that are implemented by the Office for Access & Title IX at UT Southwestern Medical Center. This position conducts investigations into complaints of discrimination and harassment pursuant to federal, state, and local EEO laws and UT Southwestern Medical Center's Equal Opportunity Policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO compliance and investigations in a government, corporate, or higher education setting
  • Subject-matter expertise with Title VII, ADA, federal contractor compliance regulations, and related federal and state laws
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination and harassment prevention
