Job Description
Lead Investigator, EEO Compliance position responsible for coordinating EEO compliance programs, conducting investigations, and providing training and technical assistance. The position requires significant experience in EEO compliance and investigations, as well as subject-matter expertise in Title VII, ADA, and federal contractor compliance regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
  • 4 years of full-time professional experience conducting EEO compliance and investigations in a government, corporate, or higher education setting.
  • Subject-matter expertise with Title VII, ADA, federal contractor compliance regulations, and related federal and state laws.
  • Experience facilitating educational and training programs regarding discrimination and harassment prevention.
