Role OverviewThe Technical Lead serves as a technical point of contact within Supply Chain IT for project development initiatives and multiple end-user groups with a focus on Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Warehouse Control Systems (WCS). This role is responsible for leading technical teams, interpreting functional and non-functional requirements, and coordinating with development teams and vendors.
What You Will Do
Lead technical teams, interact with business partners, perform feasibility studies, conduct code reviews and unit testing, support system integration testing and user acceptance testing, design interfaces and applications, and generate documentation for all work completed.

Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of proven experience as a technical Analyst/Lead in the Supply Chain and/or Retail IT field
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, IT or any related field
- Proven knowledge in distribution center operations and processes
- Experience with Warehouse Management/controls Systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Hands on application development experience
- Hands on performance testing/tuning, test automation tools
- Hands on experience in REST API, SOAP based API, MuleSoft
- Experience working with IT Monitoring and Change Management tools
- Intermediate to Expert SQL
- Understanding of database structures and data flow diagrams (DFD)
