Role OverviewAs a lead janitorial cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of cleanliness in all our facilities by performing and supervising daily cleaning tasks.
What You Will Do
Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and cleaning floors and surfaces. Clean and disinfect bathrooms; Restock supplies and empty trash.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, at least one (1) year of experience in cleaning or related, strong communication and team leadership skills, experience in managing cleaning teams and supervising workflow.
