Role OverviewThe Lead Landscaping Technician is responsible for managing all aspects of resort landscape operations at a luxury, grand scale resort. This includes the execution of landscape improvements, enhancements, and day-to-day maintenance for 140+ acres of K.I.G.R. property.
What You Will Do
All aspects of landscape maintenance, including policing grounds, planting bed maintenance, pruning, mowing, chemical application, irrigation maintenance, and other duties as assigned.

Experience in related field will be considered for higher pay compensation. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and possess good to excellent communication skills in English.
Requirements
- Minimum Education – High School diploma or GED
- Minimum Age – 18 years or older
- Minimum Experience – Minimum of 6 months working in related field
- Held a full-time position for 6 months or more within one position
- Must work both independently and in a team environment
- Good to Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must possess a valid driver's license and have own transportation to and from the resort
