Lead Life Guard - Waterpark $18.50 (FULL TIME)

Requirements

• Staff Leadership: Serve as a leader and positive role model for all Lifeguard staff, promoting professionalism and adherence to safety standards.
• Compliance & Accountability: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all pool regulations and operational procedures. Hold colleagues accountable for consistently following all established guidelines and safety protocols.
• Safety & Environment Maintenance: Directly contribute to the maintenance of a safe, clean, and well-organized waterpark environment.
• Operational Support: Support Recreation Supervisors and Recreation Managers in daily operations and execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
• CPR/Life Guard Certificate.
• Knowledge of pool safety and procedures.
• Able to lead and inspire teams.
• Comfortable working in varying hot/cold weather outdoors.
• Good physical strength and stamina to stand throughout shift and lif/push/pull moderate weight.
• Flexible schedule availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
