Job Description
The Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas is seeking a highly responsible and proactive Lead Lifeguard to join the team at HyTides Waterpark, ensuring the safety and positive experience of all guests while providing leadership to the Lifeguard staff.

Requirements

  • Staff Leadership: Serve as a leader and positive role model for all Lifeguard staff, promoting professionalism and adherence to safety standards.
  • Compliance & Accountability: Possess comprehensive knowledge of all pool regulations and operational procedures.
  • Safety & Environment Maintenance: Directly contribute to the maintenance of a safe, clean, and well-organized waterpark environment.
  • Operational Support: Support Recreation Supervisors and Recreation Managers in daily operations and execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the management team.
