Job Description
Hyatt Regency Frisco is seeking a Lead Line Cook with at least two years of previous line and fine dining experience. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a Culinary degree or related hotel experience, and be able to perform basic and intermediate cooking skills.

  • At least 3 years of previous line experience
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience (preferred)
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
