Job Description
The Lead Machine Operator will oversee the tactical items of a manufacturing department, coordinate with the Department Manager to establish and maintain a safe working environment, and provide support on the production floor as needed. The role will also involve investigating customer complaints, implementing corrective actions, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with emphasis on a technical field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory/leadership experience
