Job Description
Battle House Hotel and Spa is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Maintenance candidate to join their team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's kitchen facilities by assisting the Director of Engineering in the day-to-day activities of the Engineering Department.

Requirements

  • Lead Maintenance - Kitchen
  • Assist Director of Engineering
  • Diagnose and repair kitchen equipment
  • Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of grease traps
  • Oversee maintenance and repair of refrigeration units
  • Regularly calibrate kitchen equipment
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations
  • Promote safety and cleanliness standards
  • Respond promptly to service calls
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities
  • Support maintenance-related tasks for new construction projects
  • Foster open and effective communication with other departments
