Role OverviewThe Lead Maintenance is responsible for the overall maintenance of the property under the direction of the Community Manager. This includes performing repairs in resident apartments, assisting in preparing units for rent, and maintaining sprinkler systems.
What You Will Do
Service requests made by residents should be completed within 24 hours. Perform various maintenance tasks, including light electrical and plumbing work, HVAC repairs, and carpentry work.

Requirements
- A minimum of two years of full-time experience in apartment maintenance or a trade that requires basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and HVAC.
- EPA (refrigerant, transition, and recovery certification).
- Own a basic set of hand tools.
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record and auto insurance.
- Ability to perform work responsibilities at other locations and ability to travel within major metropolitan areas with possible overnight stays in different cities.
- Ability to work some weekends as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Technical Certification is preferred.
