Join Arlington Properties as a Lead Maintenance Service Technician to perform essential duties that maintain and enhance the value of our properties. Assist in getting apartments ready for new residents, perform maintenance tasks, respond to resident requests, and more.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years verifiable hands-on general maintenance experience
  • Ability to read, write and do simple math
  • Valid driver's license
  • EPA certifiable status is preferred
