Job Description
OnTrac is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to support and lead maintenance activities in a fast-paced parcel sortation environment. This role is responsible for keeping conveyor and material handling systems operating safely and reliably, leading shift-level maintenance response, assigning and prioritizing work, mentoring technicians, and driving root-cause corrective actions to reduce downtime.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED, technical degree or trade school certificate preferred
  • 5 years of related experience in industrial maintenance, automated conveyor systems, material handling equipment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems
  • Experience leading or supporting maintenance work in a 24/7 operation
  • Welding and fabrication experience required
  • Ability to lift 60 pounds routinely
  • Current driver’s license and clean driving record
