Job Description
Join Dura-Line, an Orbia business, in leading the charge for global connectivity as a Lead Maintenance Technician. This role involves coordinating 3-8 employees in the Maintenance Department, training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work, and ensuring maintenance work is completed. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, minimum one year experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, and great trouble shooting abilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum one year experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
  • Great trouble shooting abilities
  • Knowledge with AC & DC motors and drives and controls
  • 120/240/480v single and three phase systems
  • Good knowledge of state and local safety codes
  • Ability to use most hand and power tools
  • Must be fluent in English but Bilingual is a Plus!
  • Ability to read and interpret documents
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondance
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees
