Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee maintenance operations at Prairie Commons, a 128-unit apartment community in Lawrence. This role is ideal for an experienced Maintenance Technician who enjoys working independently, taking ownership of their community, and being the go-to person for all maintenance needs.
What You Will Do
Perform all aspects of maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair, complete service requests promptly and professionally, and maintain grounds, pool, and common areas to company standards.

Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- HVAC certification required
