Role OverviewNorthland is looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to supervise the maintenance team and oversee work orders and repairs at the community. The role involves prioritizing and scheduling projects, completing maintenance service requests, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
What You Will Do
The Lead Maintenance Technician will complete work orders, turn vacant apartments for move-in, and work safely while keeping an eye on budget. They will also handle after-hours emergency calls and be on-call as needed.
