Fogelman is hiring an experienced Lead Maintenance Technician to lead maintenance operations at The Aster Sugar Land, a 240-unit community located in Sugar Land, TX.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Maintenance Supervisory experience in the multifamily industry
  • Proficient in HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical & Appliances
  • HVAC & CPO certified
  • Strong with vendor relations and managing turns for the property
  • Yardi & HappyCo experience a plus
