Role OverviewLead Manager Communications & PR will develop and implement complex public relations programs and media relations in support of AT&T's External and Legislative Affairs and Wireline Transformation organizations. The role requires a strategic vision to serve customers and transform lives through innovative solutions and impactful connections.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement communication plans, messaging, blogs, and media statements to support the company's public policy objectives. Support media relations efforts, distill complex policy and regulatory topics into clear messaging, and develop content for external and internal audiences.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired
- 5+ years of related experience
- 5 to 8 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, journalism or related field
- Superior writing, editing, and organizational skills
- Ability to respond in a timely manner to urgent requests and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Media relations and issues management experience
- Experience communicating with senior leadership to provide counsel and recommendations on key initiatives
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
