Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Manager Data & Analytics - Corporate to enable data-driven decision-making through the development and maintenance of robust analytics solutions. This role combines technical expertise in data engineering and visualization with project management and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 6+ years of experience in Data and Analytics development
2+ years of experience with data integration processes
Strong knowledge of ANSI SQL, database and table design, query optimization, and data visualization tools such as Power BI (or similar)
Ability to engage stakeholders using a design thinking approach
Proven experience implementing best practices in existing environments and establishing solid foundations for new development
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and task management skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
