Job Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on leader to oversee maintenance operations across two sites. This new role will manage a team of 6 maintenance supervisors and ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED + 7+ years progressive management experience (manufacturing environment)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
  • Technical understanding of maintenance operations; electrical/controls background a plus
