Role OverviewEllie Mental Health is seeking a licensed marriage and family therapist to supervise other therapists, evaluate diagnoses, and provide treatment plans in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in a behavioral science, Massachusetts clinical licensure, and experience with documentation and billing.
What You Will Do
The responsibilities include supervising other therapists, evaluating diagnoses, creating treatment plans, and maintaining documentation. The ideal candidate will have a caseload of 25 client visits per week and will utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals.

Requirements
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Massachusetts clinical licensure (LMFT)
- Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Ideal candidates will have a general knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and previous experience with mental health documentation
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorization to work in the United States
